This Jerk seasoning mix can be either rubbed directly onto meat or blended with a liquid to make a marinade. In the Caribbean the most common meats seasoned in this way are pork and chicken. Our Jerk has Pepper, Garlic, Thyme, Whole Spice [Pimento], Ginger, Onion, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Cloves. Pack size is 80g.
