Spicy Mixed Dhal Shopping List

• 1/2 cup yellow split peas
• 1/2 cup red lentils
• 1/2 cup green lentils
• 2 tblspns Vegetable oil
• 2 med onions chopped
• 4 cloves garlic-crushed
• 1 tblspn grated Ginger
• 2 cans tomatoes
• 2 1/2 cups Vegetable stock
• 100ml cream
• 2 tblspns chopped coriander

Spices:

Mustard seeds, nigella seeds, cumin, coriander, Turmeric, chilli powder, Black Pepper
