Spanish Paella Shopping List

• 4 Chicken thigh pieces diced
• 2 (170g) Chorizo sausages thickly sliced
• 1 large onion thinly sliced
• 2 cloves garlic crushed
• 1 x 410g can crushed or diced tomatoes
• 1 and 1/2 cups medium grained rice (we use Basmati)
• 4 cups of chicken stock
• 12 large green prawns, peeled (tails intact) deveined
• 1 cup frozen peas
• Lemon wedges to serve
