Hungarian Goulash Shopping List

• 1 tblspn olive oil
• 20g butter
• 2 medium onions, sliced
• 2 cloves garlic -crushed
• 1-425g can tomatoes
• 1/2 beef stock
• 1 tspn salt
• 2 lrg red capsicums
• 1 kg diced casserole steak [or shin beef]
• Sour Cream to serve

SPICES:

Paprika, Garlic, Onion, Black Pepper, Parsley.
