Creamy Seafood Chowder Shopping List

• 1kg potatoes
• 1 large onion
• 3 sticks celery
• 750g boneless fish fillets
• 300g cooked peeled prawns
• 3 litres water
• 1 tbs salt
• 4 tbs fish sauce
• 300ml fresh cream plus extra cream and fresh parsley or chives to serve
