Thai Style Fish Shopping List

• 1kg firm fleshed fish
• 1 large onion chopped
• 4 cloves of garlic, or 1 tspn crushed from jar
• 1″ cube of ginger
• 400ml can of coconut cream
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 cup of chicken stock
• 1 tblspn lime juice
• Fresh coriander

Spices:

Cumin, Cayenne Pepper, Ginger, Coriander, Black Pepper, Chilli, Cardamom, Nutmeg  and Lime Leaf.
